MEET THE FOUNDER
MICHELLE
Michelle Rudas is the founder of Success Learning Center, Inc. She is a Certified Educator with a Masters and Undergraduate degree in Special Education, with more than 20 years of experience in education.

Michelle has worked in the public and private schools as a special education teacher and behavioral therapist. For over 10 years, she has taught online education courses for Purdue University Global. She has dedicated her life's work to identifying students’ strengths, utilizing community-based and school resources to meet their needs in helping them find their unique pathway to success.
She has taught every grade level, from 4-year-old VPK children to high school and college graduates. From each experience, she has learned that the one-size-fits-all approach does not meet current student needs in today’s global economy. When it comes to serving her families, no request is too small, no worry too insignificant – if it matters to you, it matters to Michelle. She believes that it’s an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with your student's well-being and educational success.
Michelle is excited to be working with the students and families of Magic Valley. Today, drawing heavily on her years of tutoring, she can prepare an educational plan that best meets a student’s academic needs – from struggling learners and children on the spectrum, to accelerated and gifted students. Whether you're seeking tutoring, test prep, online learning or homeschooling, Michelle will be the one to implement support and coordinate the process.
In all aspects of her work, she regularly discusses the most effective teaching techniques, materials, and creativity applied to individualized learning. You’ll enjoy your partnership with Michelle; she promotes educational performance, helping all students to “learn to love to learn.” Her passion for education is contagious!
